Robe River Services (RRS) is building a team of professional drivers for a new DIDO / FIFO transport service connecting Karratha and Kens Bore mine site. We are seeking experienced drivers committed to safety, reliability, and cultural respect.
📍 Location:
- FIFO from Perth to Kens Bore
- OR DIDO from Karratha
📅 Roster:
- 8 days on / 6 days off

- Full-time
About the Role
You will operate a 12-seater bus on scheduled trips between Karratha and Kens Bore or site-based routes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a long-term, Indigenous-led transport solution for the Pilbara.
Your responsibilities
🚍 Safe transport of personnel between designated locations
🚍 Vehicle checks, refuelling, cleaning, and basic maintenance
🚍 Journey paperwork and reporting
🚍 Positive and respectful passenger service
What you’ll need
✅ MR or HR licence
✅ PTD authorisation
✅ Fitness to Drive report
✅ White Card
✅ Fatigue Management Certificate (within 3 years)
✅ National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
✅ Ability to pass pre-employment medical, D&A screening
✅ 2+ years’ experience in passenger transport
🌟 Desirable: Mine site driving experience, 4WD Defence training, WWC Check
