CAMPAIGN SIMULATOR TRAINING
Specifically designed to meet the needs of Site, based on a combination of data, observation and Operator behaviours.
COURSE CONTENT
Previous successful Campaigns:
- Machine specific brake training
- Machine specific RSC training
- Wet weather training
- Machine specific functional training
Programme Objectives:
- Introduce and/or reinforce operational skills, techniques and practices based on MinRes procedures and manufacturer OEMs
- Address specific machine health/abuse issues identified by Site through best practice training
- Reduce machine abuse instances
- Reduce maintenance required on machines – time the machines need to be out of a working environment
- Assess the retention of instruction and information

SIMULATOR BASELINE ASSESSMENTS
Utilised to evaluate the Operator’s overall ability to operate the specified machine in a simulated mining environment and in accordance with previously learned activities and experience.
Ideally, baseline assessments are conducted before initial mobilisation to site.
